Nice Cajun flavor off the grill or on the george foreman. Serve with mashed potatoes and roasted vegetables.
| 400 | grams chicken breast, 4 fillets |
| 1 | tbsp. unsalted butter, melted |
| 5 | teaspoons paprika |
| 1 | tsp. oregano |
| 1 | tsp. thyme |
| 1 | tsp. cayenne pepper |
| 1/2 | tsp. black pepper |
| 1/2 | tsp. white pepper |
| 1/2 | tsp. garlic powder |
- Mix seasonings together in an airtight container. You will only use about 5 teaspoons of the seasoning mix.
- Trim excess fat from the chicken. Cut slashed through the skin about 1/2 inch deep to allow spices to penetrate the meat.
- Brush the chicken with melted butter, then rub the spices in. Rub the spices on one side of the chicken only for less kick.
- Cook on a medium grill for 10-20 minutes.
