Tomato Sauce Recipe

Basic Sauce

Ingredients
1 1/2 tsp olive oil
4 tsp sugar
29 oz. canned tomato sauce
29 oz. canned diced tomatoes
3/4 medium onion
2 tbsp diced garlic
1 tbsp oregano
1 tbsp basil
1/2 tbsp parsley
1 cup water
Directions
  1. Saute onions and garlic in olive oil.

  2. Once onions are basically caramelized, add other ingredients.

  3. Let simmer for 40 minutes.
