Yummy Spanish Rice

Ingredients
2/3 cup uncooked white rice
1/2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 medium onion
1 bell pepper
2 plum tomatoes
1 tbsp oregano
1 tbsp cumin
1/2 tbsp paprika
1/2 tbsp chili powder
1 1/3 cup water
Directions
  1. saute onion and peper in olive oil

  2. add tomatoes

  3. add rice

  4. add water

  5. cook on low heat
