Tangy Mediterranean yogurt sauce.
| 1 | cup (Cascade Fresh) fat free yogurt |
| 1/4 | tsp dill |
| 1/4 | tsp garlic powder |
| 100 | grams cucumber, diced |
| 1/2 | tbsp lemon juice (or lime) |
| 1 | pinch salt |
- If yogurt is liquidy, drain off the liquid by placing the yogurt on a cheese cloth in a colander for about 20 minutes (in the refrigerator).
- Mix the ingredients together and refrigerate. Serve cold.
