Ingredients

pounds lean ground beef |

egg, beaten |
| 1 1/4 |
cups grated Parmesan cheese |

small onion, finely chopped |
| 1/4 |
cup finely chopped green pepper |

cup cracker crumbs |
| 3/4 |
cup whole or evaporated milk |
| 1/2 |
teaspoon salt |
| 1/2 |
cup chili sauce |
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except chili sauce; press into a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan. Turn out onto a shallow baking pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Spread chili sauce over top and return to the oven. Bake 15 to 20 minutes longer, ot until thoroughly cooked
