Yum & less fat and cals with few sugars!!! Makes two loaves!!

Ingredients
| 3 |
cups Whole Wheat Flour |
| 1 |
tbs Baking Powder |
| 1 |
tsp Baking Soda |
| 1 |
tbs Imitation Vanilla Extract |
| 1 |
package Yeast |
| 4 |
tbs Cinnamon |
| 1/2 |
cup Applesauce |
| 4 |
Egg Whites |
| 1/2 |
cup Unsweetened Soy Milk |
| 1/2 |
cup Splenda Brown Sugar |
| 1 |
cup Splenda |
| 1 |
cup Raisins |
Directions
- Mix together the wet & dry seperately. Allow the yeast packet to dissolve in warm water for about 5-10 mins. Mix in with the flour first, then add wet ingredients and layer wet and dry. Mix well & add raisins. Mix well.
- Preheat the oven to 350.
- Knead the bread on a floured countertop for 3 mins (NO MORE!!)
- Place in a bowl and cover to let rise for 30-45 mins
- Punch down
- Roll out flat like you're making cookies
- Sprinkle with cinnamon, brown sugar & a little flour
- Cut the dough in two pieces
- Roll up each piece into a long tube
- Tuck the sides under and plop it in the bread pan (I like glass with PAM)
- Let it rise for another 10 mins in the pan
- Bake it for 45-60 mins :)
- Voila!
