| 1 1/2 | cups all-purpose flour |
| 3 1/2 | teaspoons baking powder |
| 1 | teaspoon salt |
| 1 1/2 | tablespoon white sugar |
| 1 1/4 | cups water |
| 1 | egg |
| 3 | tablespoons margarine , melted |
- Sift dry ingredients together in medium sized bowl.
- Add wet ingredients and mix batter until large lumps are gone.
- Allow to rest 3-5 minutes before scooping 1/4 cup batter onto hot oiled griddle.
- Flip when edges begin to bubble.
