Lo-Salt Chile Con Carne Recipe

very basic chile con carne with as little salt as I could get

Ingredients
2 cups beans (pinto, dry)
1 pound beef (ground, 85% lean)
1 1/2 cups onion (chopped)
1 cup diced green chiles (canned)
2 cups tomatoes (diced)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp hot sauce
Directions
Cook beans in crockpot with 8 cups water. Brown ground beef in nonstick skillet with PAM. When meat is just brown toss in onion. Cook until onions are tender. Add to still simmering beans along with the rest of the ingredients.
