Ingredients

oz mixed vegetables |

oz Penne pasta |
| 1/2 |
cup olive or salad oil |
| 1 |
teaspoon salt |
| 1/8 |
teaspoon crushed red pepper |
| 1 |
clove garlic, minced |
| 1/4 |
cup lemon juice |
| 1/4 |
teaspoon freshly ground black pepper |
| 1 |
tablespoon fresh basil |
Directions
- cook pasta and mixed vegetables according to directions on box. Drain and run under cold water.
- In a bowl combine the rest of the ingredients and whisk together. Put pasta and vegetables into a large bowl. Pour dressing mixture over and toss everything lightly to combine.
