Spinach Banana Smoothie

Makes 1 serving

Delicious smoothie with protein and carbs

Ingredients
1 cup fresh spinach
1/2 apple, cut up
1/2 banana, cut up
1/2 cup yogurt
1 teaspoon peanut butter
1 tablespoon brewer's yeast
Directions
  1. Put yogurt, apples, banana, peanut butter, spinach and yeast in a blender. Add a bit of water to thin as needed. Blend on high till smooth.
