Low-Calorie Banana Muffins (with Splenda) Recipe

Low calorie banana muffins made with splenda.

Ingredients
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 cup bananas, mashed
1/4 cup SPLENDA no calorie
1/4 cup applesauce
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease muffin pans.

  2. Mix dry ingredents in one bowl.

  3. Mix bananas, Splenda, applesauce, egg, and vanilla in separate.

  4. Add dry ingredents to the banana mixture.

  5. Add a dash of cinnamon for taste.

  6. Put mixture in muffin pan and put in oven for 10 to 14 minutes (or until toothpick inserted into the center of muffin comes out clean).
