Low calorie banana muffins made with splenda.
| 1 | cup whole wheat flour |
| 1 | tablespoon baking powder |
| 1/2 | teaspoon baking soda |
| 1/8 | teaspoon salt |
| 1 | cup bananas, mashed |
| 1/4 | cup SPLENDA no calorie |
| 1/4 | cup applesauce |
| 1 | egg |
| 1/2 | teaspoon vanilla extract |
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease muffin pans.
- Mix dry ingredents in one bowl.
- Mix bananas, Splenda, applesauce, egg, and vanilla in separate.
- Add dry ingredents to the banana mixture.
- Add a dash of cinnamon for taste.
- Put mixture in muffin pan and put in oven for 10 to 14 minutes (or until toothpick inserted into the center of muffin comes out clean).
