Ingredients
2 1/2 ounces canned salmon, drained
1 T feta cheese, crumbled
1 teaspoons fresh dill weed, chopped
3 T lemon juice
1 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
4 teaspoons chopped green bell peppers
4 teaspoons chopped scallions
4 teaspoons olives, sliced
1 teaspoons capers
1/3 medium tomato
Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients

  2. Chill well.

  3. Add white wine vinegar if interested
