"A tasteful salad which can be made early in the day and keeps well."

Ingredients
2 pounds bacon - cooked and crumbled
10 cups fresh chopped broccoli
2 cups raisins
2 cups mayonnaise
1 cup white sugar
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
Directions
  1. Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Crumble and set aside.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, bacon and raisins.

  3. Whisk together the mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar. Pour dressing over broccoli mixture, toss and refrigerate.
