| 2 | pounds bacon - cooked and crumbled |
| 10 | cups fresh chopped broccoli |
| 2 | cups raisins |
| 2 | cups mayonnaise |
| 1 | cup white sugar |
| 1/4 | cup white wine vinegar |
- Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Crumble and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, bacon and raisins.
- Whisk together the mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar. Pour dressing over broccoli mixture, toss and refrigerate.
