Light devilled eggs

Makes 24 servings

with jumbo eggs

Ingredients
12 jumbo eggs
1/2 c. light mayo
1/4 c mustard
1 tsp salt
Directions
  1. boil eggs

  2. once eggs have cooled cut them in half lengthwise

  3. scoop out the yolks and put them in a bowl being cafeful not to damage the egg whites.

  4. cream egg yolks, mustard, and mayo together.

  5. Add salt to mixture.

  6. Spoon mixture back into the egg whites and serve.
