Ingredients

jumbo eggs |

c. light mayo |
| 1/4 |
c mustard |
| 1 |
tsp salt |
Directions
- boil eggs
- once eggs have cooled cut them in half lengthwise
- scoop out the yolks and put them in a bowl being cafeful not to damage the egg whites.
- cream egg yolks, mustard, and mayo together.
- Add salt to mixture.
- Spoon mixture back into the egg whites and serve.
