Yum yum!! They are excellent warm, and my co-workers gobble them up! Great snack and they are low in cals! :D
| 3 | cups Oatmeal |
| 7 | Egg Whites |
| 1 | cup Soy Milk, Unsweetened |
| 1 | cup Splenda Granular |
| 1/4 | cup Cinnamon |
| 1 | tbs Imitation Vanilla Extract |
| 1/2 | cup Raisins |
| 1/2 | cup Walnuts |
Mix everything together and smash it into a pan. I like to use a little egg white wash left over to smear on the top to give it a little extra niceness when it's baking. I also encourage to use lemon/orange zest on the top for a little flavor. I prefer organic oatmeal if you can find it, or Kashi GoLean Oatmeal bc it's higher in protein. If you want to get creative use a scoop of protein powder, or some added fiber add benefiber. Also I like to leave out the raisins sometimes and use cranberries instead :). Oh! Have fun & bake these at 350* for about 25-30 minsCategories
