Hummus Recipe

A very healthy, although not quite as nice, alternative to the tahina-based type. My mom swears by it, and the garlic content goes up every time she makes it!

Ingredients
500 g chick peas, drained
60 ml olive oil
50 ml lemon juice
2 tsp garlic
100 ml water
Directions
Blend all ingredients. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
