from Mary Dahnke's Salad Book, 1955; amazing on coleslaw, tastes a lot like Durkee Dressing.

Ingredients
2 T sugar
1 T flour
1/2 t salt
1/2 T dry mustard
2 egg yolks
2 T butter, melted
6 oz skim milk
1/3 cup vinegar
