This is a marinade and dipping sauce. It is spicy and has a "kick"...very good!!

Ingredients

Cajun Marinade:
1 cup canola oil
1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup dry red wine
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 cup lemon juice
6 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons Dry Mustard
1/8 cup dry parsley
1 salt, to taste
1 pepper, to taste
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Directions
  1. Prepare shrimp for grilling.

  2. Combine marinade ingredients in a glass bowl.

  3. Pour over shrimp.

  4. Place in refrigerator for 2 hours. (we left them for only 1 hour, and that was enough.)

  5. Skewer the shrimp onto skewers sideways, so that they lay flat on the grill.

  6. Pour reserved marinade into small saucepan and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes.

  7. Grill shrimp just until they turn pink, turning once.

  8. Serve hot with reserved marinade for dipping.
