This is a marinade and dipping sauce. It is spicy and has a "kick"...very good!!
Cajun Marinade: |

| 1 | cup canola oil |
| 1/4 | cup worcestershire sauce |
| 1/2 | cup dry red wine |
| 1/2 | cup soy sauce |
| 1/4 | cup red wine vinegar |
| 1/2 | cup lemon juice |
| 6 | cloves garlic |
| 2 | tablespoons Dry Mustard |
| 1/8 | cup dry parsley |
| 1 | salt, to taste |
| 1 | pepper, to taste |
| 1 | teaspoon cayenne pepper |
- Prepare shrimp for grilling.
- Combine marinade ingredients in a glass bowl.
- Pour over shrimp.
- Place in refrigerator for 2 hours. (we left them for only 1 hour, and that was enough.)
- Skewer the shrimp onto skewers sideways, so that they lay flat on the grill.
- Pour reserved marinade into small saucepan and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes.
- Grill shrimp just until they turn pink, turning once.
- Serve hot with reserved marinade for dipping.
