Best Banana Bread !!

Makes 10 servings

The quickest, the easiest and the tastiest!

Ingredients
4 Bananas
1 cup self raising flour
1 tbsp golden syrup
3/4 cups caster sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
Directions
  1. Preheat Oven to 180'

  2. In a bowl, mash bananas.

  3. Add all other ingredients and stir until all mixed well.

  4. Pour mixture into an oiled(lightly)/or baking paper lined oven safe dish (approx.25x15cm).

  5. Put in oven and leave until brown and crispy on the outside and until inside is cooked as so a sharp knife will come out clean.

  6. Leave to cool for a bit and then place banana bread on cooling rack as to cool further.

  7. Once cooled, cut into approx. 10 slices each approx. 2cm thick.
