Oat and Flax Bread Recipe

Ingredients
1 tbsp yeast
1 tsp sugar
1/2 c water
1 1/2 c milk
1/4 c lard
6 large eggs
1/4 c sugar
2 c rolled oats
1/4 c ground flax seed
3 c flour
Directions
dissolve yeast in tsp sugar and water for 10 minutes. scald milk, add lard, stir to melt lard. Grind oats and flax seed and add to milk. Beat eggs. Add to milk mixture. Add yeast when done. Beat in 2 c flour, kneading in the last cup. Knead for 10 minutes. Let rise. Shape and let rise again. Bake at 350F until done.
