Chachandoo Omelette Recipe

Weekend Breakfast Treat - WBT

Ingredients
120 g eggs
20 g tomato
15 g red onions or spring onions
20 g green pepper
5 g peppers, hot chili green
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
1 salt to taste
Directions
  1. De-seed tomato and dice into little cubes

  2. Chop onion and peppers into tiny pieces

  3. Whisk eggs till fluffy

  4. Heat olive oil in pan over medium heat

  5. When oil is hot evenly spread tomato, onion and peppers

  6. Pour eggs over and cook till solid

  7. Turn/flip egg till light brown or desired colour

  8. Serve hot
