| 1/2 | yellow pepper |
| 1/2 | green pepper |
| 8 | asparagus spears |
| 2 | cups mushrooms |
| 2 | green onions |
| 4 | eggs |
| 2.64 | oz cooked bacon |
| 1 | tbsp parsley |
| 3/4 | cup skim milk |
| 3.24 | oz cheese, cheddar, marble |
| 1.26 | oz White Cheddar Cheese |
| 2 | tbsp shredded parmesan |
- cook bacon and crumble
- clean pan
- saute mushrooms, onions, and rest of vegetables
- beateggs and grate cheese, add milk and stir in vegetables and spices
- place in 9 and 6 in pans
- bake at 400 for 10 minutes, then 325 for 20 min.
