Vegetable Quich Recipe

Camping Leftover Quich

Ingredients
1/2 red pepper
1/2 yellow pepper
1/2 green pepper
8 asparagus spears
2 cups mushrooms
2 green onions
4 eggs
2.64 oz cooked bacon
1 tbsp parsley
3/4 cup skim milk
3.24 oz cheese, cheddar, marble
1.26 oz White Cheddar Cheese
2 tbsp shredded parmesan
Directions
  1. cook bacon and crumble

  2. clean pan

  3. saute mushrooms, onions, and rest of vegetables

  4. beateggs and grate cheese, add milk and stir in vegetables and spices

  5. place in 9 and 6 in pans

  6. bake at 400 for 10 minutes, then 325 for 20 min.
