Ingredients
21 egg roll wrappers
3/4 lb shrimp
15 oz ricotta, low fat
10 oz spinach
1/2 cup green onions
9 oz bean sprouts
Directions
  1. chop shrimp, drain spinach, chop onion, chop been sprouts

  2. combine all ingredients except wrappers.

  3. divide filling into 21

  4. roll up

  5. fry
