Fresh cilantro salsa
| 2 | lbs tomatoes |
| 2 | red peppers |
| 1/4 | large sweet onion |
| 4 | hot peppers, jalapeno |
| 5 | cloves garlic |
| 3 | tbsp lime juice |
| 1/4 | cup fresh cilantro |
| 1/2 | tsp salt, kosher |
| 1/4 | tsp pepper |
- Seed tomatoes. Adjust number of jalapenos according to taste.
- Chop up everything with a hand held food chopper or dice it small with a knife. Mince garlic.
- Combine and stir.
