Fresh cilantro salsa

Ingredients
2 lbs tomatoes
2 red peppers
1/4 large sweet onion
4 hot peppers, jalapeno
5 cloves garlic
3 tbsp lime juice
1/4 cup fresh cilantro
1/2 tsp salt, kosher
1/4 tsp pepper
Directions
  1. Seed tomatoes. Adjust number of jalapenos according to taste.

  2. Chop up everything with a hand held food chopper or dice it small with a knife. Mince garlic.

  3. Combine and stir.
