| 1 | cup formula 1 |
| 6 | tablespoon personal protine powder |
| 3/4 | cup rice krispies |
| 1 | cup skim milk powder |
| 1/2 | cup pecans |
| 1/2 | cup peanut butter |
| 1/2 | cup honey |
Mix all ingredients together and press into a 9 x 9 pan chill in fridge and then cut into 8's.Categories
