| 1 | lb 95% lean hamburger |
| 1 | onion |
| 1 | yellow bellpepper |
| 2 | oz cashew nuts |
| 1 | cup Spicy V-8 |
| 3 | tbsp Mild Chili Seasoning |
| 1 | cup kidney beans |
- brown the meat in a pan over medium heat
- add the onion and bellpepper for 3 minutes
- Add everything else and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes until the nuts are tender.
