30min Chili From Gourmet Nutrition Recipe

This is a great one dish meal!

Ingredients
1 lb 95% lean hamburger
1 onion
1 yellow bellpepper
2 oz cashew nuts
1 cup Spicy V-8
3 tbsp Mild Chili Seasoning
1 cup kidney beans
Directions
  1. brown the meat in a pan over medium heat

  2. add the onion and bellpepper for 3 minutes

  3. Add everything else and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes until the nuts are tender.
