| 500 | g Minced Beef |
| 800 | g chopped tomatoes |
| 2 | tbsp Tomato Puree |
| 1 | stock Cube |
| 2 | tsp Chili |
| 200 | g kidney Beans |
| 2 | oz mushrooms |
- Fry Onions & Garlic in Olive Oil
- Add mince and brown off.
- Add peppers, canned tomatoes, tomato Puree, stock Cube and chilli, stir in and simmer.
- About 10 mins from end, mix in mushrooms and kidney beans.
