Chilli Con Carne Recipe

Serve with Rice

Ingredients
2 Onions
1 tbsp Olive oil
2 cloves Garlic
1 Green Pepper
500 g Minced Beef
800 g chopped tomatoes
2 tbsp Tomato Puree
1 stock Cube
2 tsp Chili
200 g kidney Beans
2 oz mushrooms
Directions
  1. Fry Onions & Garlic in Olive Oil

  2. Add mince and brown off.

  3. Add peppers, canned tomatoes, tomato Puree, stock Cube and chilli, stir in and simmer.

  4. About 10 mins from end, mix in mushrooms and kidney beans.
