Light version

Ingredients
1 Light English muffin
3 tablespoons egg white
1 slice fat free american cheese
5 grams bacon (1 slice)
Directions
  1. Cook ingredients (fry bacon, toast muffin, cook egg)

  2. do not assemble sandwich! Place components in fridge to cool.

  3. Once cool assemble sandwich and freeze for later (tomorrow morning when you're in a super rush!)
