| 14 | oz whole wheat penne |
| 5 | tomatoes |
| 5 | cloves garlic |
| 1/2 | cup chopped basil |
| 2 | tbls olive oil |
| 1/4 | cup shredded parmesan cheese |
- cook pasta
- chop up all other ingredients place in bowl
- drain cooked pasta
- put pasta over chopped veggies
- mix
- shred cheese on top (optional)
