Sam's Basic Pasta Recipe

Great with whole wheat pasta

Ingredients
14 oz whole wheat penne
5 tomatoes
5 cloves garlic
1/2 cup chopped basil
2 tbls olive oil
1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
Directions
  1. cook pasta

  2. chop up all other ingredients place in bowl

  3. drain cooked pasta

  4. put pasta over chopped veggies

  5. mix

  6. shred cheese on top (optional)
