Ingredients
6 oz tuna in water, drained
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp plain yogurt
1 tbsp reduced-fat mayonnaise
1 tbsp pickle relish
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp minced onion
4 slices wheat bread
1 oz Lettuce
1 oz tomato
Directions
Mix first 7 items and put on bread with lettuce and tomato.
