| 1 | pound extra lean beef |
| 2 | cups cabbage |
| 1/2 | cup onion |
| 1/2 | cup red pepper |
| 1 | cup ketchup |
| 1/4 | cup water |
| 1/2 | cup celery |
| 1 | tablespoon mustard |
- Saute beef, onion and celery in a frying pan.
- Drain off any excess fat.
- Add cabbage, peppers, ketchup, water, and mustard.
- Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and allow to simmer for 25 minutes.
