Lasagna de carne
| 9 | sheets lasagna noodles |
| 3 | oz shredded mozzarella cheese |
| 3 | oz shredded cheddar cheese |
| 10 | tbsp Parmesan grated cheese |
| 1 | lb ground beef |
| 1/3 | cup red wine |
| 1 | tbsp olive oil |
| 1 | tbsp Tomatoe paste |
| 2 | tsp salt |
| 1 | tbsp basil - chopped |
| 1 | onion - diced |
| 1 | cloves of garlic - minced |
| 15 | oz diced tomatoe |
| 1 | tbsp Tomatoe paste |
| 1/2 | tsp black pepper |
| 1 | tbsp oregano |
| 1 | tbsp basil - chopped |
| 1 | tbsp parsley - chopped |
| 1 | tbsp olive oil |
| 1 | tsp salt |
| 1 1/2 | tsp sugar |
| 225 | ml heavy cream |
| 8 | slices ham - cooked |
- Directions
- Heat the oil and add the ground beef, tomatoe paste, black pepper, oregano, salt, basil and wine.
- In other pan put the tomatoes, onion, pepper, oregano, olive oil,garlic and salt. Let them cook for 30 min.
- Cut the ham and mixed with the heavy cream.
- Cooked the pasta al dente.
- Do the lasgana as following:
- pasta
- beef
- tomato sauce
- pasta
- ham & cream
- cheese
- And repeat
- Put to the oven for 30 min before to serve.
