Healthy version of a goodie
| 1 | cup Splenda |
| 1/2 | cup Egg Beaters |
| 1 | cup water |
| 1 | tsp baking soda |
| 1 1/2 | cup ground flax seed |
| 1/8 | cup canola oil |
| 3 | bananas, mashed |
| 1 | tsp baking powder |
| 2 | cups whole wheat flour |
| 8 | tbsp chocolate chips, semi-sweet |
- Combine dry ingredients.
- Mash banana, add water/baking soda mixture, and oil. Add to dry ingredients.
- Mix well. Add chocolate chips.
- Divide into 24 greased muffin tins.
- Bake @ 350 for 30 minutes.
