Carrie's Flax Seed Banana Bread Muffins Recipe

Healthy version of a goodie

Ingredients
1 cup Splenda
1/2 cup Egg Beaters
1 cup water
1 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 cup ground flax seed
1/8 cup canola oil
3 bananas, mashed
1 tsp baking powder
2 cups whole wheat flour
8 tbsp chocolate chips, semi-sweet
Directions
  1. Combine dry ingredients.

  2. Mash banana, add water/baking soda mixture, and oil. Add to dry ingredients.

  3. Mix well. Add chocolate chips.

  4. Divide into 24 greased muffin tins.

  5. Bake @ 350 for 30 minutes.
