| 4 | tbsp margarine |
| 1 | tbsp parsley |
| 1/2 | tsp salt |
| 1/2 | tsp pepper |
- boil potatoes for 25 mins or until tender.
- Mash potatoes, add butter, salt, pepper and parsley. Once thoroughly mashed, add milk. Continue to mash until milk is absorbed in mixture. Garnish with additional parsley if desired.
