Crockpot dish
| 12 | egg whites |
| 1 | cup fat free sour cream |
| 8 | ounces reduced fat cheddar cheese |
| 16 | ounces broccoli |
| 1/2 | tsp. pepper |
- Whip the egg whites in a medium sized bowl.
- Add sour cream and cheese
- Defrost broccoli and blot dry with a paper towel.
- Add pepper and stir well.
- Spray cooking spray on crockpot and cook in on low heat for 4 hours.
