Delicious warm pasta salad with good fats and a little feta not so good...)
| 3 1/2 | oz Whole Wheat Pasta |
| 20 | g feta cheese |
| 1 | tbsp of lemon juice |
| 1 | clove garlic |
| 2 | tsp flax seeds |
| 2 | tsp sunflower seeds |
| 2 | tsp sesame seeds |
| 2 | tsp pumpkin seeds |
| 1 | spring onion |
- While the pasta is cooking lightly toast the four seeds on a low heat.
- Chop the feta into small cubes and dice the garlic finely.
- When pasta is cooked drain and top with seed, feta and garlic, garnish with chopped spring onion and squeeze the juice of half a lemon on top.
- Enjoy immediately or save for eating cold!
