Mostarella Cheeze

Makes 7 servings

Easy vegan sauce for a grilled cheese sandwhich.

Ingredients
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1/6 cup
1 cup water
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp peanut butter
Directions
  1. Process all ingredients in blender several minutes until very smooth.

  2. Pour into a saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until very thick and smooth.

  3. Pack into a lightly oiled, 3-cup rectangular container.

  4. Cool, cover and refrigerate overnight.
