penne noodles with sauce, cheese, italian sausage and black olives
| 14 | oz hot italian sausage |
| 255 | grams pasta |
| 1 | cup prego spaghetti sauce |
| 2/3 | cup mozzarella cheese |
| 2/3 | cup provolone cheese |
| 1/3 | cup parmesan cheese |
| 1/3 | cup fontina cheese |
| 2 | oz black olives |
- cook pasta according to package directions.
- cook and crumble sausage, drain well, rinse under very hot water to help remove fat.
- prepare 12 x 8 baking pan with a light spray of olive oil
- mix cooked sausage, penne, spaghetti sauce with most of the cheese, and add ripe sliced black olives
- put scattered bits of cheese on top, you may also add green pepper
- heat until hot in 425 oven.
- you may vary the recipe, most of them are very much alike.
