Bacon & Egg Pie Recipe

Delicious

Ingredients
12 eggs
6 bacon
1 tomato
1 cup cheese, grated
500 g puff pastry
Directions
  1. Grease 15 x 8 lasagne dish

  2. Line bottom and sides with sheets puff pastry

  3. Score lightly

  4. Break eggs into bowl and mix slightly

  5. Pour into dish, saving a little for glase

  6. Chop bacon and spread evenly over egg mixture

  7. Spread grated cheese evening over mixture

  8. Very thinly slice tomato and add

  9. Cover with pastry, make vents with fork, decorate with pastry shapes if desired

  10. Glaze with saved egg mixture

  11. Bake in oven at 350 for approx 45 mins
