| 1 1/2 | c water |
| 1/8 | tsp salt |
| 1/2 | tsp nutmeg |
| 2 | tbsp raisins |
| 2 | tbsp craisins |
| 3/4 | c oats |
| 1 | pear |
| 1 | tbsp chopped pecans (or walnuts) |
| 2 | tsp butter |
- In a small saucepan, combine the water, salt, & nutmeg.
- Bring to a boil; add the raisins, craisins, & oats.
- Cook over medium heat stirring occasionally for 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat.
- Core & chop the pear; place in pan with the oat mixture.
- Add the pecans and butter. Gently stir until butter is melted.
- *Note* - Add more nutmeg, cinnamon, splenda.
