low fat dark chocolate cake
| 1/4 | cup dark chocolate hershey's cocoa |
| 1/2 | cup sugar |
| 3/4 | cup sugar |
| 1/3 | cup water |
| 1 1/4 | cup flour |
| 1/2 | tsp baking powder |
| 3/8 | tsp baking soda |
| 1/4 | cup margarine (reg. smart balance) |
| 1 | egg white |
| 1/8 | cup egg substitute |
| 3/8 | cups fat free sour cream |
| 3/8 | cup lowfat buttermilk |
- combine cocoa, 1/2 cup sugar, water, set aside
- combine flour, baking powder, and baking soda in a bowl
- in another bowl beat margarine and 3/4 cup sugar until fluffy
- add egg white and egg substitute
- beat in sour cream, buttermilk and flour mixture
- pour in a greased and floured 9-inch pan
- bake at 350 for about 40 minutes
