Low Fat Dark Chocolate Cake Recipe

low fat dark chocolate cake

Ingredients
1/4 cup dark chocolate hershey's cocoa
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup water
1 1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
3/8 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup margarine (reg. smart balance)
1 egg white
1/8 cup egg substitute
3/8 cups fat free sour cream
3/8 cup lowfat buttermilk
Directions
  1. combine cocoa, 1/2 cup sugar, water, set aside

  2. combine flour, baking powder, and baking soda in a bowl

  3. in another bowl beat margarine and 3/4 cup sugar until fluffy

  4. add egg white and egg substitute

  5. beat in sour cream, buttermilk and flour mixture

  6. pour in a greased and floured 9-inch pan

  7. bake at 350 for about 40 minutes
