Oana's Chicken Paprikash Recipe

Ingredients
65 g dry whole wheat penne
150 g chicken breast
1 onion
1/2 green bell pepper
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp crushed tomatoes
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup fat free sour cream
1 garlic clove
1 cup chicken broth
Directions
  1. Cut the chicken into bite size pieces and fry till brown in olive oil.

  2. Remove and add the tomatoes and the bell pepper. Sweat for a couple of minutes and add the garlic.

  3. Add the tomato paste and the chicken broth and cook for 5 minutes.

  4. Put the chicken back in the pot and cook in the sauce.

  5. BOil the pasta.

  6. Add the sour cream at the end and serve over pasta.
