| 65 | g dry whole wheat penne |
| 150 | g chicken breast |
| 1 | onion |
| 1/2 | green bell pepper |
| 1 | tsp paprika |
| 1/2 | tsp salt |
| 1/2 | tbsp olive oil |
| 1 | tbsp crushed tomatoes |
| 1/2 | tsp black pepper |
| 1/4 | cup fat free sour cream |
| 1 | garlic clove |
| 1 | cup chicken broth |
- Cut the chicken into bite size pieces and fry till brown in olive oil.
- Remove and add the tomatoes and the bell pepper. Sweat for a couple of minutes and add the garlic.
- Add the tomato paste and the chicken broth and cook for 5 minutes.
- Put the chicken back in the pot and cook in the sauce.
- BOil the pasta.
- Add the sour cream at the end and serve over pasta.
