Homemade Blueberry Smoothie Recipe

Blueberry smoothie. Delicious!

Ingredients
1 cup Fat-Free Yogurt
1 cup silk, soy milk, plain, light
1 cup ice
2 tbsp lemon juice
12 ounces blueberries
250 grams banana
1 tsp almond extract
1 pinch nutmeg
Directions
Put everything in blender. Puree and serve.
