Fish Soup Recipe

Makes 2 servings


You can use whatever fish you have in the freezer. Only good if you like fishy food!

Ingredients
1 small onion, diced
2 clove garlic
2 tsp olive oil
1000 g tomato sauce
1 1/2 frozen pollock fillet
84 g sardines (canned, drained), chopped
30 g anchovies (canned, drained), chopped
1 1/2 cup corn
2 cups water
2 tbsp oregano
2 tbsp basil
1 tsp ground chili
Directions
  1. Sautée onion and garlic in olive oil in a big pot.

  2. Add water and tomato sauce and bring to boil.

  3. Add the rest of the ingredients and bring to boil.

  4. Simmer for at least 30 minutes.

  5. Break fillet into pieces.

  6. Serve hot.
