You can use whatever fish you have in the freezer. Only good if you like fishy food!
| 1 | small onion, diced |
| 2 | clove garlic |
| 2 | tsp olive oil |
| 1000 | g tomato sauce |
| 1 1/2 | frozen pollock fillet |
| 84 | g sardines (canned, drained), chopped |
| 30 | g anchovies (canned, drained), chopped |
| 1 1/2 | cup corn |
| 2 | cups water |
| 2 | tbsp oregano |
| 2 | tbsp basil |
| 1 | tsp ground chili |
- Sautée onion and garlic in olive oil in a big pot.
- Add water and tomato sauce and bring to boil.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and bring to boil.
- Simmer for at least 30 minutes.
- Break fillet into pieces.
- Serve hot.
