like a potato pancake made with cabbage, pork can be substituted with any meat or seafood or mixture of them, really need tonkatsu sauce, but BBQ sauce will be good if not authentic
| 2 | cup cabbage |
| 1/2 | cup chopped green onions |
| 1/4 | cup flour |
| 1/4 | cup fish stock |
| 50 | grams sliced pork |
| 1 | egg |
| 1 | T. oil |
| 1/3 | t. chopped fresh ginger |
| 2 | T. barbecue sauce |
- chop cabbage and gr. onions
- mix flour, fish stock, finely chopped fresh ginger,and egg to make a batter
- add cabbage and onions and stir
- put untra thin slices of pork in a fry pan and fry with oil
- pour the cabbage batter gentely over the cooking pork
- cook until it starts to set on top
- flip it over and continue cooking with a lid
- spread sauce over the top
