Kathy's Bamboo Shoots Recipe

fresh bamboo shoots roughly chopped, simmered with light seasonings and topped with fish flakes (fushiko)

Ingredients
1/3 cup bamboo shoots
1/2 cup water
1 t. splenda sugar
1 t. soy sauce
1/4 c. fish stock
Directions
mix all ingredients and simmer approx. 30 minutes
