oatmeal fruit muffin use canned or fresh fruit

| 1/3 | cup whole wheat flour |
| 1 | tsp baking soda |
| 1 | tsp baking powder |
| 1 | cup cranberries, diced |
| 1 | tsp cinnamon |
- mix oats, buttermilk, brown sugar, oil, molasses & eggs.
- mix dry ingredients
- add to wet
- stir in fruit
- line muffin cups and bake 20 minutes
- at 400
