Low-Cal Egg Salad Recipe

Egg salad I made for my boyfriend, no tofu and very little mustard.

Ingredients
8 egg whites, hard-boiled
3 tbs. smart balance mayonnaise
1 tsp. mustard
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1/8 tsp. paprika
Directions
  1. Hard boil eggs.

  2. Peel eggs and remove yolks.

  3. Mash egg whites with fork or pastry cutter.

  4. Mix in mayo and mustard.

  5. Add black pepper and paprika to taste.
