Lowfat Banana Bread Recipe

Lowfat, low calorie banana bread

Ingredients
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup white flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
2 egg whites
2 bananas
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup skim milk
Directions
Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon in large mixing bowl. Combine egg whites, mashed bananas (they should be very ripe), applesauce, sugar, and skim milk in another bowl. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients, mix well. Pour into loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
