Dough can be freezed
| 1 | stick butter, unsalted at room temp |
| 1/2 | cup sugar |
| 2 | tbsp sugar |
| 1/4 | tsp salt |
| 1 | tsp vanilla extract |
| 1/4 | tsp cinnamon, grounded |
| 1 | egg |
| 1 1/4 | cup flour |
| 1/2 | cup apricots, dry |
| 1/4 | cup almonds, sliced |
| 2 | tbsp peanuts, roasted |
- Mix the first 6 ingredients.
- Add the egg and mix.
- Add the flour and mix
- Add the apricots, almods and peanuts, and mix
- Put the dough in plastic wrap, making a big sausage and refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Take out the plastic, slice the dough, and bake for 15 min at 350 degrees.
